Keola Health & Well-Being Studio is committed to reduce stress and improve your quality of life through therapeutic techniques combining exercise, hydration and eco-friendly massage to achieve optimum health, happiness and well-being. A membership program incorporates ROM QuickGym, TurboSonic, MIGUN Massage and RYN Footwear for a complete wellness routine by maximizing health while minimizing stress.

 
The Keola Health & Well-Being Studio is a result of partnership between George Thomas, former owner of ROM 4 Fitness in North Palm Beach and Ben Russell former owner of MIGUN massage in Stuart. The relocation to Palm Beach provides the first therapeutic health and well – being studio to area residents. Keola is for all ages and fitness levels. Keola includes a full range of motion workout for strengthening, cardio and flexibility, a whole body vibrational therapy to help reduce stress and increase bone density and a relaxing full body massage which combines hands free heat therapy, acupressure, acupuncture, chiropractic and massage techniques to boost immune, circulation and metabolism. Keola is also a retailer of FDA approved RYN footwear.

Keola is located at Downtown at the Gardens, 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens, #7104, in Palm Beach Gardens.
